A young boy just 6 yrs old from France visiting the Tate Modern in London is currently in a stable but critical condition in hospital suffering from a “ deep bleed to his brain and fractures to his spine, arms and legs after being thrown from a 10th floor balcony at the Tate Modern. The young boy was thrown 30 meters by a 17 year old who didn’t even know the victim, the 17 year old has been charged with Attempted murder by the London Police.
