Clive Palmer is back at it again, with his legal team getting ready to charge to the high courts of Australia and sue the Western Australian government over what Mr Palmer claims is a potential breach of the Australian Constitution.

What is he on about? Mark McGowan said on the Friday the 13th of August, that he will mandate that people coming from “hot spots” to at least have had their first covid-19 vaccination. This after research has shown that the current vaccines do not seem to be as effective against the delta version of the virus.

In a statement, Mr Palmer claimed the requirement was in breach of section 117 of the constitution.

"By restricting free movement of Australian citizens within Australia and creating an island-within-an-island, the WA COVID-19 eradication strategy is unconstitutional," Mr Palmer said in an emailed statement from his United Australia Party.

As of Tuesday 17th of August the Western Australian government will make NSW a high-risk state.

Thus making it a requirement that anyone granted an exemption to come to Western Australia from NSW to show proof that they have had at least one least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccination and a negative COVID test in the 72 hours before departure.

Mr Palmer claims that this is unconstitutional and discriminates against the people of NSW.

"People from NSW have contacted me saying that they don't want to be vaccinated as a result of the side effects of the vaccine," Mr Palmer stated.

According to TGA there have been 48,000+ adverse side effects. (see image below)

Mr Palmer, a former federal MP, said he had briefed his team of solicitors and will start High Court proceedings within the next 14 days against Mr McGowan and the WA government.

"The WA government continues to introduce extraordinary legislation into its Parliament," he said.

"Mr McGowan's policies in no way reflect the pushback against compulsory vaccinations of workforces that we are seeing by the big mining companies amid a major labour shortage in the state.

"Labor is destroying the WA economy and the rights and freedoms of its people.

"Mark McGowan has no regard for the Australian constitution or for what it stands for."

The High Court said it had not received any documentation or notification from Mr Palmer.
