Strap yourselves in, because the Sports Wrap crew are back for another huge week! Simmo and Dukie are diving headfirst into all the action from Round 2 of the AFL—there’s controversy, chaos, and some cracking performances to break down. Who’s looking like the real deal, who’s still dusting off the cobwebs, and who’s already setting off the alarm bells? Nothing’s off the table as the boys call it how they see it.

But it wouldn’t be Sports Wrap without a bit of chaos from Simmo the Great, who returns with another instalment of his beloved segments: What Boils My Piss and What Tickles My Pickle. Expect premium-grade ranting, unexpected praise, and a few sharp observations from a man who’s just trying to make sense of the world—and footy—one bizarre analogy at a time.

Then to cap things off, the crew cast their eyes forward with a full preview of Round 3. Who’s set for a statement win? Which matchups have the potential to explode? And which bold predictions will come back to haunt them?

Whether you're a diehard fan or just in it for the banter, this episode has everything you need to stay across the AFL—and have a few laughs along the way.

See you all in 2026! Happy New Year!
Published:

That’s a wrap for 2025 and the boys aren’t going quietly. Simmo, Dukes, Stocko and Xmas close out the year with one of the biggest, loudest and most unfiltered episodes of the Sports Wrap yet, taking you through the weekend’s sport and putting a full stop on another massive year of wins, losses, hot takes and absolute nonsense.

As expected, a good chunk of the show is dedicated to doing our civic duty and absolutely bagging out those Pommie wankers known as the English cricket team. We also turn our attention to their loyal (and painfully irritating) travelling circus, the Barmy Army — or just call them the “Pommie Le Girls”. No mercy, no apologies, and definitely no fact-checking once the rants get rolling.

Alongside the chaos, all your favourite regular segments return for one final outing in 2025, with the boys firing on all cylinders and nobody safe from a drive-by spray. There’s plenty of laughs, plenty of opinions, and more than a few moments that remind you why this show probably shouldn’t be recorded… but thankfully is.

So strap yourself in, crack a cold one, and join us as we tell 2025 to bugger off in true Sports Wrap fashion. It’s loud, it’s loose, it’s unapologetic — and it’s the perfect way to send off the year. Thanks for sticking with us, thanks for listening, and we’ll see you next year for more sport, more stupidity and more of the Sports Wrap you know and love.
